Q: Do I have to be in shape to participate?
A:
No,
this is why you are joining our program so we can help you
achieve your fitness goals. Our classes are designed so that beginners can set their own
individual pace, and progressively increase at your own level of
intensity.
Q:
What makes your kickboxing program different from other health
clubs or fitness facilities?
A: Our
Kickboxing classes are taught by real Kung Fu experts. It is
very different from an aerobics kickboxing class where they
throw in awkward punches and kicks. We teach with precise
detail and you will learn real Kickboxing techniques and
practical self defense. Our Instructors are there to guide and
motivate you, making sure you are perfecting your skills. After
a few classes, you will understand why no other program can
match what we offer.
Q:
Is there any contact
in your Kickboxing classes?
A: There
is no contact in our Kickboxing class. You will learn practical
skills and get in the best shape of your life. You will never
participate in any sparring activity in our Kickboxing class.
Sparring and Full Contact training is available with our other
programs.
Q:
Am I too old to start kickboxing?
A: The age
range for our Kickboxing class is 15 years old to students in
their 50’s. If you are able to play a recreational sport, go
for a jog or swim then you should be fine to start up
Kickboxing. We encourage you to try a Free class. This
will give you an opportunity to try out the class first. You’re only
as old as you feel, give yourself a chance to feel as young as
you can.
Q:
How much does it cost?
A: We
offer different programs which is around $7 to $8 per
class.
