Programs

Kung Fu Prep Course
For ages 4 through 7 years old. Focus on 8 essential skills that include focus, teamwork, control, memory, balance, discipline, fitness, and coordination.
Junior Kung Fu
Ages 8 through 13 years old. Children learn traditional Kung Fu, along with additional essential components including sparring, effective self-defense techniques, and dynamic kicking.
Adult Kung Fu
Traditional Kung Fu training that includes fighting forms, weaponry, and self defense. Emphasis on strength conditioning, flexibility, stamina, endurance, reflex, and breathing techniques.
Kung Fu Kickboxing
Kung Fu Kickboxing combines Kung Fu and Chinese Kickboxing skills with cardio vascular exercises that will build strength, endurance, and reduce body fat. No contact or sparring in this class.

Class Description

Choy Lay Fut Essentials
Traditional Choy Lay Fut training focused on perfecting form techniques, weapon proficiency, and fighting application. Hand strikes and Kicks are also taught in this class.
 
Forms and Techniques
Class will concentrate on Choy Lay Fut empty hand and weapon forms. Self Defense techniques from our curriculum will be taught along with an emphasis on focus mitts and bag drills.
 
Sifu’s Fighting Class
Close range combat, street defense, grappling, submissions, take downs, joint locks, pressure points, Sanshou techniques, and advanced striking.
 
Sparring
An introduction to sparring. Light contact for beginners and intermediates. Must have trained in our academy for 1 month or over. Need to have sparring gear.
 

Specialized Training

Sanshou
Sanshou incorporates Chinese Kickboxing with grappling, throws and sweeps. Training is vigorous and requires hard conditioning.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & Submission Grappling
Ground Fighting techniques that include arm and leg locks, chokes, and submission.  
Black Belt Training
The Black Belt Training Program (BBT) is designed to provide additional training for the serious martial artists. BBT is the inner core of our academy and BBT members receive advanced training in Kung Fu not commonly part of the regular class.
Instructor’s Training
Advanced training for our instructors. Class curriculum and teaching methods along with advanced training in forms, weapons and techniques.
Private Lessons
One on one instructions with an instructor.
